The Opportunity

You'll inherit a sales team with untapped potential and the autonomy to transform it into a high-performing revenue engine. This isn't just about hitting numbers—it's about building systems, developing talent, and creating lasting change in an industry that matters.

What You'll Own:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a growing sales team 
  • Design and execute lead-nurturing campaigns with systematic follow-up protocols
  • Ensure that every lead is answered to within 24 hours
  • Establish daily, weekly, and monthly performance benchmarks and guide the team to meet them
  • Build a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Call Quality Control – monitor and evaluate sales calls for quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Create and Analyze Sales Reports – run reports daily, weekly, and monthly to track individual and team performance.
  • Monitor CRM Systems – Oversee our CRM's lead flow, activity tracking, and accuracy.
  • Monitor Call Volume & Text Messaging Platforms – Track daily communication and follow-up metrics across platforms.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve sales team performance and accountability.
  • Help streamline workflows and develop strategies to improve lead conversion.
  • Coach and support team members with data-driven insights.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members when necessary.

What We're Looking For

The Non-Negotiables:

  • 3+ years managing and developing sales teams (preferably 10+ team members)
  • Proven track record of turning underperforming teams into top performers
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Experience in professional services or legal industry preferred
  • Must speak fluent English
