We are looking for a Back End Developer with solid experience in Java and Kotlin , and extensive experience in cloud environments using AWS, who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will:
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices in Java and Kotlin.
• Work with event-driven architecture, messaging (Kafka, SQS) and continuous integration.
• Work in AWS cloud environments, using services such as Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, GLUE, among others.
• Apply good software engineering practices: automated testing, code review, clean code, SOLID, CI/CD.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to the architectural evolution of solutions with a focus on scalability, resilience, and performance.
Requirements:
• Candidate must live in Greater São Paulo or Londrina.
• Fluent in Portuguese
• Capable or speaking and writing in English
And much better if you stand out for:
• Solid experience with Java (8+) and Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and its core services.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation) is desirable.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongDB).
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and monitoring environments (Datadog, Prometheus, etc.).
• Previous experience in Itaú Unibanco projects, with knowledge of banking integrations, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Participation in highly critical projects in the banking sector.
