For more information</span>, click here.</p><p></p><p><b>Role reports to:</b></p>GER TECN PESQ E DESENV<p></p><p><b>Location:</b></p>Latin America, Brazil, Sao Paulo, Sao Jose dos Campos<p></p><p><b>Work Location:</b></p>Hybrid<p></p><p><b><span>What you will do</span></b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Active participation in the microbiology laboratory routine related to the maintenance of microorganisms, promotion of growth, qualification of biological indicators, etc.</li><li>Preparation for sterilization of materials, culture media, and reagents.</li><li>Maintenance, qualification, and calibration of equipment.</li><li>Strategy formulation in accelerated and long-term stability studies for cosmetic products in global projects.</li><li>Conducting activities related to the qualification of pharmacopeial microbiological methodologies for finished products and raw materials.</li><li>Development, review, and execution of microbiological qualification protocols and reports.</li><li>Preparation and review of technical documentation and reports for microbiological qualifications.</li><li>Structuring and managing quality records, such as investigations, CAPAs, and risk assessments.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly with the internal organization and global teams.</li><li>Effectively collaborate with project members, adhering to priorities, checkpoints, and deadlines to support objectives.</li><li>Maintain a proactive mindset for identifying opportunities to improve our processes.</li><li>Manage and coordinate low and high complexity projects with cross-functional team and SMEs, report metrics, and interact with and/or lead cross-functional teams to implement projects.</li><li>Work independently to drive technical resolutions.</li></ul> <p><b>What we are looking for</b></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>A minimum degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Experience in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industry is required, with a strong background in microbiology.</li><li>Proven experience in test method qualification, test method transfer, and laboratory investigations is required.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, along with advanced proficiency in English.</li></ul> <p><b>Desired Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Experience with consumer products, including self-care, skin care, skin cleansers, hair care, oral care, and/or baby care products, is highly preferred.</li></ul><p></p><p>If you are an individual with a disability, please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation.</p>
