We are looking for Service Now ITOM/CMDB Developer who wants to learn and transform his career

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules and business processes.

Responsibility:

  • 'Fluent English to host meetings with stakeholders from the USA
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development across multiple modules.
  • Strong understanding of CMDB, App Engine Studio, and Service Portal
  • Familiarity with Now Assist and Customer Service Delivery (CSD).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and REST/SOAP integrations
  • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams
  • S erviceNow certifications : Certified System Administrator (CSA) /Certified Application Developer (CAD) /Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, HRSD, or CSM
  • Now Assist Certification · Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – for senior-level candidates
  • Micro-Certifications – such as Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, or Performance Analytic;
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, and platform best practices
  • Configure Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Data Policies to enforce business logic and enhance user experience
  • Build custom workflows using Workflow Editor and Flow Designer for complex automation scenarios
  • Create and optimize Service Catalog items, record producers, and order guides with advanced variable logic
  • Configure Incident Management processes including categorization, SLAs, auto-assignment rules, and escalation procedures Implement Major Incident Management workflows with communication templates and war room functionality
  • Design Request Management workflows with approval chains and fulfillment automation Set up Change Management processes for standard, normal, and emergency changes with CAB integration
  • Develop Problem Management solutions including root cause analysis and Known Error Database Management Integration & API Development:
  • Build REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems including monitoring tools and CMDB sources
  • Develop custom REST endpoints for external system connectivity
  • Configure MID servers and ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and enterprise systems
  • Implement bulk processing solutions and Excel-to-ServiceNow import capabilities User Experience & Portal Development:
  • Design custom portal pages and workspaces using UI Builder and Next Experience Components
  • Develop Virtual Agent topics for self-service capabilities
  • Create responsive, accessible user interfaces with dynamic filtering and conditional visibility
  • Optimize Service Catalog and Knowledge Management user experiences Data Management & Analytics:
  • Configure and maintain CMDB schema, CI classes, and relationship mappings
  • Implement Performance Analytics dashboards and real-time reporting solutions
  • Design SLA/OLA configurations with automated escalation actions
  • Asset Management integration for upgrade eligibility and lifecycle tracking
  • Security and compliance implementations including access controls and audit workflows
  • Cross-platform integrations (Salesforce, AWS, Tangoe) with automated synchronization
  • Knowledge Management optimization with search enhancement and feedback mechanisms
  • Execute comprehensive unit testing and create detailed test documentation
  • Develop configuration documentation and deployment checklists
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and production deployments
  • Perform regression testing and provide go-live support Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow platform architecture
  • Experience with ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping and Now Assist.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration and configuration management
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience with integration technologies and API development
