• Providing data-driven insights to stakeholders on market trends, competitor activities, and recruitment bottlenecks.
  Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in growth operations, preferably in the gig economy or logistics.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools to derive actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• A creative mindset for problem-solving and adapting strategies to dynamic markets.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
