The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by performing various financial and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
Process and monitor incoming payments.
Prepare and send payment supplements.
Generate and send invoices to clients.
Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
Accounts Payable:
Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments.
Reconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist in managing vendor relationships.
Review the invoices to be paid, ensuring that the values ​and other information are correct.E

nsure timely reimbursement to employees.G
eneral Administrative Support:F
illing out forms for credit studies.P
rovide administrative assistance to the finance department as needed.C
