The Content Partner Development Manager is responsible for discovering new partnership and generating new revenue opportunities in the webOS platform within Brazil and LATAM. This role involves sharing expertise on content services with headquarters, collaborating to accelerate new revenue, and working with various content partners in OTT, Fast Channels, gaming, and music to drive success across LG device households. Additionally, the role includes managing relationships with partner companies to drive growth and developing new business models for commercialization.


Tasks and Responsibilities

  • 1. Discover New Partners, Services, and Business Models:Identify and negotiate business partnerships with new partners in the OTT, broadcasters, media, platform, and content creators in the local market.
  • Develop and launch app services on LG smart devices.
  • Create new business models to expand partnerships with global and regional partners, driving commercialization.

2. Partner Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies.
  • Understand partners' goals, needs, and challenges to identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Communicate regularly with partners to ensure alignment and address any issues, and resolve problems with support from HQ.

3. Strategic Planning and Development:

  • Collaborate with headquarters and internal teams to develop long-term and annual business plans and strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of partner engagement strategies, considering partners’ content, marketing, technology, and requirements.
  • Continuously refine the partner engagement approach based on feedback and results.

4. Collaboration and Execution:

  • Develop and implement joint campaigns, events, and initiatives with partners.
  • Monitor and track the performance of partnership activities, analyzing data to optimize results.
  • Collaborating with LG Ads to accelerate ad revenue

5. Analysis:

  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to build region-specific strategies and best practices.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the digital advertising market to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies.


Educational level

A bachelor's degree in related business field is required. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
